A LANDMARK building in Nuneaton has been put back on the market - with a reduced price tag of £1.2 million.
The town's former Gala Bingo Hall is being offered "cut-price" from the original £1.5 million tag following the breakdown of talks with a potential buyer.
Agents say the site is being re-marketed with a reduced asking price because of "abortive negotiations" with an interested party.
The building has stood proudly in Abbey Street since 1937 and started life as the Ritz Cinema two years before the outbreak of the Second World War.
It served the town's film fans for nearly half a century until it closed in 1984 to become a bingo hall.
